If you want to change your user name click on the user name you have now, You can use Photobucket pictures as avatars if you post them in the avatar sections where the numbers are (Or you can scroll though the pre-made ones), There are no real rules to the chat but the only real ones are the common ones; E.G: No spam, No flaming, Mods and owners Respect their powers, No acting like a new fag, Fox only, No items, Final destiation.
